My fiance had colon cancer that metastasized 1 1/2 years later. We found this metastasis this past August. He had a liver resection and he has a special port in his abdomen to feed the chemo directly to his liver. Did you have that too? Anyway, I wondered what your SIR spheres treatment is? Can you explain it? Which hospital did you go to? I am sorry to inundating you with questions. Our whole world has been turned upside down and I am overwhelmed. It gives me hope...Thank you for posting your story. It gives me hope. I am a now Stage for CC survivor. <br />Diagnosed in March 2011 with stage 3c colon cancer. Reoccurred 9months later. Also, diagnosed with kidney cancer a month later. Its been a wild ride! I have done FOLFOX and FOLFRI and Erbitux maintenance for several months until a recent break given.
